Is Permanent Hair Reduction safe?
Permanent Hair Reduction is a gentle and clinically-proven way to reduce hair growth on many areas of the body. With more than 10 years of collective experience, you can rely on our thorough knowledge as practitioners of IPL technology.
There is little or no risk of serious complications from this IPL hair reduction treatment. In very rare cases, some may experience swelling, and/or blistering around the treated area. The most common side effects experienced by our clients are redness and slight tenderness in the treated areas. All of these side effects are temporary and should disappear within a few days. In order to reduce the risk of complications and ensure the best possible results, we recommend that patients limit sun and UV exposure for several weeks before and after treatments.TOP
How long does the treatment take?
The length of the treatment time varies from
client to client depending on the area that will be treated and
the type of hair and skin that you have. During your initial consultation,
one of our trained Medical Aesthetic Practitioners will discuss
a recommended treatment plan that will meet your needs and give
you the best possible results.

Is Permanent Hair Reduction painful?
Most of our clients report experiencing a slight
stinging sensation during treatment. Topical anesthetic cream is
applied 30 minutes prior to the treatment to reduce any possible
discomfort.

How many treatments are required?
Permanent Hair Reduction requires multiple sessions to be fully effective. Hair grows in cycles and the Pulsed Light Therapy only affects the hair that is in the early stages of growth. During each session, the light will disable follicles that are actively producing hair but will not have an effect on those that are currently dormant. Additional sessions are required to treat dormant follicles as they become reactivated and begin to produce hair.
Most clients require a minimum of 4-6 sessions
to be treated successfully. At your initial consultation, our trained
Medical Aesthetic Practitioners will recommend an appropriate treatment
plan based on the results you would like to achieve as well as
assess how your hair and skin will respond to the treatment.

How long do results last?
Permanent Hair Reduction is a progressive therapy
that demonstrates results over the course of the entire treatment.
Most clients see initial results following each session and for
several weeks afterward as the hair gradually clears away or falls
